Project information
Following a comprehensive mobilisation period and the successful integration of a large number of TUPE-transferred employees, Dowds rapidly addressed a significant backlog of inherited works by deploying effective management strategies and additional resources. As a result, full KPI compliance was achieved within the first month, elevating Northern Ireland’s performance to one of the highest-performing SDA regions in the UK. This exceptional standard has been consistently maintained, with ongoing improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
