This new health facility, predominantly located on the first floor of the existing 77 Coleman Street building, was fitted out for office use to a CAT A level of installation. The Cleveland Clinic demise includes a shell-and-core A3 retail space at ground floor that was utilised as a dedicated entrance for the facility at 55 Moorgate.
The Ground Floor of this facility comprised of the main entrance and reception, together with a pre-waiting area. It also included the main plantroom for the demise, changing area, a WC, and lifts linking the ground floor to the first floor.
The First Floor comprises of a secondary reception and waiting area, together with clinical and admin spaces. These included; exam rooms, treatment rooms, executive health rooms, the MRI facility, Plane Film facility, Ophthalmology rooms, Ultrasound rooms, mammography rooms, and various support facilities.
Plant serving the Cleveland Clinic demise is located at roof level, linked to the Ground and First Floors via the Retail Tenant riser.
Dowds Group were fully responsible for developing this to form a complete fully set out and coordinated design and installation. We delivered a fully operational building to the standards and as required within the provided specifications, reports and drawings by lead consultant Mott MacDonald.
